Login Register with a service crash

When I want to register with a new service I got a crash gereneral  exception error

I'm seeing the same behavior, although, perhaps, I am not doing the right thing (it's a little confusing).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start Exodus.
2. Click on the Exodus->Register with a service menu item.

A 'Register with Service' dialog pops up.

3. Enter 'fleeb@fleeb.net' in the text box.
4. Click the OK button.

Expected Result:

Unsure, really... perhaps a dialog helping me to register with fleeb.net as a user 'fleeb'.

Actual result:

Two dialogs pop up.  One (titled 'Agent Registration') says 'Waiting for agent instructions...'.  The other (titled 'Exodus') says 'Access violation at address 004DF73E in module 'Exodus.exe'.  Read of address 00000000.
