#33 SQlite-DB
Current storage of blockchain: All blocks are stored in individual files on disk.
Additionally (as of 0.6) the chain will get stored in a sqlite db. In a later version this will be the only storage of the chain. Moreover, we are going to store there more and more information (e.g. gui settings).
This does not have much impact on performance as for now. Low priorized.
