#2 Icon remembers position
For some reason, the icon will "stick" in fvwm2 at least. This is may be related to the deiconify bug in tk, but
running update idletasks before attaching the iconwindow to the main exmh window cures it. Also adds a wm withdraw and wm deiconify so that the icon window doesn't pop up in the
initialization.
