#2 Trailing blanks and broken PGP signature

This is a "known-problem" reminder to myself to fix the problem of PGP
signatures when posting to mailing lists - many list processors trim trailing
blanks off the lines, breaking the signature.

Possible fixes:

a) Have Sedit or something trim blanks before signing
b) Force a CTE of Q-P before signing.
