Dear Jannik, I ran into a similar issue some time ago, and it was due to a problem with a hidden character inserted into the file. This may or may not be your case, but if you have a backup version of the file from when it worked fine, you could transform it into code points, and do the same with the current file, and see if they are truly identical.
