[Exist-open] I finally installed Java 21 correctly. But I can't install eXist 6

I ran the following command and this is what happened when I tried to
install eXist 6:

java -jar exist-installer-6.2.0.jar
Command line arguments:
Cannot find named resource: 'userInputLang.xml' AND 'userInputLang.xml_eng'

Can anyone assist me?
