[Exist-open] What has happened to my collections manager?

Dear List,
This question is preparatory to a more substantive one.
I have recently installed exist 6.0.1 on my local computer, having
leapfrogged from 4.7.1 to 6.
On the dashboard, I am used to seeing the collections manager but this
seems to be missing. Has this been retired? Do I need to install it
manually?
