[Exist-development] Creating a new app in exist 5.3.1

Hello everyone,

I am using exist 5.3.1 and have noticed that you can no longer create 
apps in exide via "Application/New Application" as before. The option 
seems simply missing. Is there a reason for this or how can I create new 
apps now? In the documentation, the procedure is still described with 
choosing "New Application" via exide.
