[Exist-open] [ANN] eXist-db 4.8.0 and 5.3.1 released

Dear eXist-db users,

We have recently published eXist-db 4.8.0 and 5.3.1. These are each
intended as small hot-fixes to eXist-db 4.7.1 and 5.3.0 respectively.

They were produced to offer a solution to the "log4jshell" security
vulnerability that was identified earlier this week as CVE-2021-44228.
