Something is not right..

- Can you reproduce this at will?  Or does it "just happen" sometimes?
- Can you identify the incident time and check or post logs (maybe identified
  by the name of the problematic collection)?  $EXIST_HOME/logs/exist.log
  and $EXIST_HOME/logs/*.request.log would be interesting.
