v4.1 is 2+ years ago, that is a long time :-P

In the current v5 the indices are updated during the restore, so after a restore a database is ready to go; A lot has changed since 4.x but I think this should still be the same :-)

If you are not sure, please check monex (easy), or the contents of the WEB-INF/data directory (more complex).
