Hi Joe, I appreciate the effort in trying to recreate the issue. Your experience is what I would expect would happen. The question I was asking was, is there any way to fix a "Find in files" search that returns an exception? Is there any information I can provide that would help someone with an educated eye understand why this search is not working on my system? Is there anything I can do to fix this issue or should I just install a fresh eXIst-db and migrate my data over to that install?
