[Exist-development] Use the latest version of Jetty

Hi all;
How can I Install the latest version of jetty (9.3.6) and use it in
exist-db as main web server?
Because the version of jetty in exist-db is too old (jetty-8.1.9.v20130131)
and it has some security issues!
Why the exist-db team has not been updated it?
