[Exist-development] Creating an example EXPath xar file for the extensions example function module

Hello folks,

I am working on moving the example extensions function module to its own xar file.  I have created the ability to generate the jar file and now have to add the capability to create the xar.  My maven is very rusty.

I think that it would be good to remove the examples extensions function module and put it in its own xar.

I need this as a base for my own function module.
