Hi Axel,

I haven't myself used the Document History trigger for sometime however I
am surprised to learn that it doesn't work.

I last used it in eXist 2.1 when I tested it for the eXist book. We would
of course be happy to receive any tests, fixes or improvements. We are
using GitHub for development, so please feel free to send us a Pull-request
