I tried to create the tag by 'drafting a new release'  via the github releases page. I remember it did not go fluently I might have ruined then?

The tag was created too late for sure, weeks after releasing RC2, this was the cause of my struggle.

if it is bad...... i'd could not say :-/ is it repairable?
