Are you looking for a TEI-encoded edition of the Rigveda?  I don't
know - googling yielded only this page with some other Sanskrit texts
encoded in TEI: http://indology.info/etexts/.  But the main TEI-L
mailing list is probably a better place to ask.  Searching the
archives, I see someone appears to have worked on it:
