[Exist-development] Is the eclipse .classpath correct in Trunk?

Hi,
Apologies if this is not the right forum for this.
I've checked out the trunk from SVN and the .classpath references the following missing jars:	* lib/endorsed/saxonhe-9.2.1.5.jar
	* extensions/modules/lib/sac-1.3.jar
	* extensions/modules/lib/cssparser-0.9.5.jar  
I'm reluctant to raise a bug in case I'm missing something as it's the first time I've tried to check out eXist-db for use in Eclipse.
The code compiles if I remove these jars from the classpath.
 
Am I right in thinking this is a bug or am I being an idiot?
