[Exist-development] problem with xerces

Hi!

Xerces's NodeImpl.getPrefix() and NodeImpl.getNamespaceURI() always returns null!

So, we have a bug in the method org.exist.util.serializer.DOMStreamer.startNode(Node node)

Tests are in the patch.
