I had missed adding the following just before the close of the body tag: <script type="text/javascript" src="resources/js/bootstrap.min.js"/> Both the template and bstemplate work now. I just have to get the style elements working so that the navbar matches in the template. The bstemplate looks fine. I have attached the zip of the bootstrap responsive template.
