I migrated most of the original CSS to bootstrap months ago and spent many hours on it, but I have to say I gave up with respect to the menus. If you are patient enough, you may do better than I, but it's not an easy job. Our designer has created this very specific menu with the little edges. It's hard to use a generic framework like bootstrap to create the same look.
