[Exist-development] Jetty-upgrade

All,

I'll commit a change in a few minutes, which

- introduces a new version of jetty (which solves linux issues on filehandlers)
- moves /webapp to /webapps/exist 

the second change might be a bit more problematic, depending on how SVN deals with a move of a directory.....
