I have been trying to install the expath-crypto.xar package via the
new dashboard, but after installing (and even after restarting the
db), the module is not available to my queries.  What do I mean?  I
mean that: I don't see the module in the function documentation (after
regenerating) - I don't see anything under namespace
http://expath.org/ns/crypto.  Also, when I import the namespace into
an eXide document, eXide's function completion for crypto:___ isn't
working.

Do you know if these changes affected the installation of modules like
crypto and functx?  I recall that the crypto app worked for me when I
tested it briefly a few weeks ago.
