Jens is right - I've left these aspects of the quickstart document
incomplete, on purpose in fact, because the installation & setup
aspects of eXist 2.0 have been in rapid development lately.

Could I request that once the installation & setup aspects of 2.0 are
considered complete and stable, the devs can release a new "2.0
preview" installer for the purposes of ensuring the documentation
accurately reflects installation and set up procedures?
