Hi Joe,

Coincidentally, I realized both that I had lost track of 
exist-development, and that its absence on markmail was the most 
probable cause. And the first message I came across was your excellent 
suggestion to address this issue.

If it may help to speed things up, I could provide you with the email 
addresses of some Markmail people who very responsively added TEI-L to 
markmail a while ago.
