[Exist-development] Error building 2.1dev trunk rev. 17080

Hi all,

On my Win XP box, I did a fresh checkout of trunk yesterday, ran
build.bat svn-download, build.bat, and had no problems (I didn't
modify extensions/build.properties or create a
local.build.properties).  This morning I did a svn-update to revision
17080 and a build.bat rebuild, but got this error.  Can someone
suggest how I can clear this error?
