[Exist-development] Update of webDAV

I am currently working in some improvements on the webDAV interface. The changes are about

Have PROPFIND return correct sizes for XML documents
Upgrade of the milton jar files

As a result of these changes more WebDAV clients should be able to connect to eXist-db (returning an estimated size was a really problem for some clients), while the new jar files might solve some LOCKing issues found e.g. by OxygenXML.

Before I port these changes back to 1.4.2, i'd like to ask the community to help me test the trunk changes (rev15377)

I tested already with MacOsX finder, Transmit and Cyberduck (the latter has some other issues with uploading files)
