I have bumped up the version number of the .dbx files format in trunk as of this morning. The change actually occured last week, but I did not realise at that point this would result in differing binary files. As such if you see a problem with .dbx files version when starting eXist-db trunk in your exist.log, then you would need to do a full export and import. However I would recommend you do this if you are upgrading to trunk from last week or later...
