I dont think you need to do anything extra to reproduce this issue on TeamCity. I am will be away for a few days now, but when I return next week I will try and look into this then. So in the short term dont worry, and in the longer term perhaps remind me next week if I forget to look into it and nobody else has done this in my absence. Cheers Adam.
