Are we sure we're all using the same versions of eXist and these
various OSes/utilities?  Maybe we can come up with a common dataset
and set of steps to test various setups... sort of like the one we
were doing with the initial Milton testing, Dannes?  It's probably
hard to automate such tests, but it might not take to long to run a
test set manually with a given version set, and check off entries in a
table.
