Well, I think it depends on Sourceforge linkage of internal and OpenId accounts. I usually login using an OpenId from myid.net, and my internal sourceforge user name is shown on my bug reports instead of the OpenId. Or perhaps it is something inside SourceForge related to OpenId 1.0 vs OpenId 2.0, who knows.
