No there is a branch, where I started refactoring and splitting out module concerns from the XQueryContext to cope with this. It is pretty good, but it now fails one test that previously passed. I could really do with some help on this, as I got stuck and could not see why this test passes in trunk but not in my branch, if you want to take a look - The test that fails is - testCircularImports.
