[Exist-development] test-compile fails

We have done our mods and tried to run tests but there is a compile
error in test-compile:

CounterTest.java:9: package org.exist.xquery.modules.counter does not
exist and so forth

Can someone confirm that? We have swtiched off all of our stuff so it
does not seem to have to do with the betterFORM extension
