All,

I'd like to remember all committers to think of the developers manifesto when committing code....

- always run the junit test suite before commiting

but we MUST think of switching on all dependancies.....

- switch on the spatial index
- switch on ALL extensions in extensions/local.build.properties (except the oracle thing)

only when you do this, you can be sure you do not break anything......
