[Exist-open] XML Database In a Browser

Hi, all,

There is a very nice initiative of embedding Sedna XML database in an Firefox 
extension (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/199900/).

Can we hope to have eXist embedded in such manner, so that to use all its 
goodies from Javascript in browser (I mean, XQuery, Xproc, etc.)?
