I have the triggers stuff locally, but did not have much time to check
it yet.  it is good to see junit tests and documentation updates in
place.

I remember that there were discussions about releases. Probably it is
too risky / difficult to integrate it with 1.4.x, I remember we agreed
on trunk/1.5.
