Dear community, dear Adam I am very enthusiastic about developing with eXist but could not really figure out whether following tasks are supported out of the box. Could you please provide me with some code examples (how to instantiate, configure and exchange data) ? 1) exposure of server-side XQueries via WSDL/SOAP Adams "SOAPServer" [1] does exactly this, but unlike stated in [1] it is not part of the tools dir and there seems to be no documentation than [2]. 2) making SOAP requests out of XQueries, e.g. via Axis2 client The library should take care of packaging the payload provided by the XQuery, WS-invocation ... Using http:post() would require tailoring the envelope manually etc. There was a related request in 2007 [3], I am wondering whether this has changed in meanwhile ? 3) suggestions for a possible architecture for making asynchronous calls via 2) Many thanks!
