Documentation is only made available in English at present, so no problem there.

Not sure to be honest, we use some XSLT to convert the DocBook into a
layout for the site. I guess the XSLT may need to be updated as well,
do you know XSLT?

True, perhaps the documentation should be moved under
$EXIST_HOME/webapp/documentation and reorganised into sensible
sub-folders.
