[Exist-development] NPEs in unit tests?

Been running a lot of unit tests, fixing the general comparator regex bug.

I've noticed that there seem to be quite a few errors due to NPEs for the org.exist.storage, org.exist.xquery and
org.exist.xmlrpc tests.

Are these just broken tests?

Sure would be nice to get those cleaned up, so that we can get a clean unit test run. <hint, hint, ;-) >
