Hello, I am getting started experimenting with using exist for storing moderately large amounts of scientific data. I have been pretty impressed so far, but now have a problem. I recently removed all the documents from the db and added them again. While the database appears to be working fine, for some reason I can no longer get any results back from queries that worked fine previously, or in fact results from even the most basic queries on any of the documents - always 0 hits. It would seem the indexes are not working. The Query Profiling page shows 'no index' for every call. I have tried reindexing the collection. I am confused as I would have thought that even if there was something wrong with the indices, it should at least resort to a slow traversal of all the data. I basically have no idea where to start debugging this problem. Could someone point out perhaps which log files I should be looking in? Thanks in advance, -- Richard Graham |
