P.S.: for demonstration, to install the admin and sandbox apps into
the standalone server, you can do the following:

* start the "full" eXist with bin/startup.sh
* log into the admin web app and go to the "Install Tools" panel,
install the admin and sandbox app there
* stop eXist and launch the standalone server with bin/server.sh
* browse to

http://localhost:8088/admin/admin.xql
