[Exist-open] Problem downloading eXist-1.2.4-rev8072.war

I tried to download eXist-1.2.4-rev8072.war but got a file of a much 
smaller size than expected (less than 1 meg instead of 20).

Downloading from the mirror in New York seemed to work better.
