When unit testing using xmlrpc, the setContentAsDom() stored document was working correctly. However, when running in Cocoon, the document was being stored, but stylesheets were not locating the elements with namespace prefixes. (even though the declaration was on the root node). I solved the problem by serializing the document and using setContentAsXml() instead. I'm wondering if there is a reason why the code is so different for setContentAsDom in RemoteXMLResource and LocalXMLResource. (I got the idea of serializing by looking at RemoteXMLResource) Previous posts on the list describe something similiar. I tried using - DocumentBuilderFactory.setNamespaceAware(true) - but that did not work. gary |
