I'm submitting data from an XSLTForms based XForms to an Xquery and I get
the following error:
HTTP ERROR 500
Problem accessing /exist/rest/db/project/xql/xforms-save.xql. Reason:
Form too large215061>200000
I did a bit searching and found a few references to increase the size of
in the jetty configuration to something large. I haven't tried yeet, but I
have a question: can I set this (or whatever parameter) from the Xquery
script that processes the form? My application is supposed to run as
standalone on user's laptops and they need to install eXist, so I want to
avoid the extra step to configure jetty after the installation.

See this recent discussion:
http://markmail.org/message/44wnuwk45gr3zcso. The solution for that
case was to switch from POST to PUT. Not sure if that will work for
your case with XSLTForms.
