eXist finds the <?xsl ...?> processing instruction in r_and_j.xml. Since =
referenced stylesheet shakes.xsl is found, eXist directly transforms
r_and_j.xml using shakes.xsl. So what Cocoon gets is already HTML. Cocoon
again tries to apply the stylesheet and fails.
When using the examples with Cocoon please remove stylesheet processing
