For a few weeks now, I experience failure when sending emails to the list. Not all the time, but mostly. I then have to resend. Am I the only one? Is it a known problem? Should I forward the error emails I get to someone (like some SF.net support?)

You mean like using a non-subscribed address? No, I always use
the same for eXist (and this is a real different box, with only
