Yesterday, writes into the database began throwing an error with
xmldb:store(): "Could not store file
null [at line 105, column 46] in call to function: browse:upload(xs:string)
We have tried to reindex the database a number of times (only leaving dom,
symbols, and collections present). The logs seem to indicate the index is
proceeding. HOWEVER, appearing in the logs is an error: "ERROR
(XQueryServlet.java [process]:438) - getDocumentURI not implemented on class
org.exist.dom.BinaryDocument org.w3c.dom.DOMException: getDocumentURI not
implemented on class org.exist.dom.BinaryDocument.
This reindex eventually fails with an RPC connection failure.
Thinking the data might be corrupted, we were going to look at using
CHECK.SH, but it is not distributed with the 1.4 release.
Any ideas what is occurring here?
