#32 StAXEncoder.encode(XMLStreamReader xmlStream) does not handle comments properly

If I try to encode an XMLStreamReader using the StAXEncoder.encode(XMLStreamReader xmlStream), the switch statement doesn't properly handle comments - it encodes the comment as characters so when I decoded the characters are added without and opening . Using the StAXEncoder.encode(XMLEventreader xmlEvent) this is handled properly. Please fix this as it breaks my XML and all schema validation fails.

    ie. the comment control characters. That was removed from the Sourceforge comment, sorry.
