After the installation of the Exe Gnu/Linux and by rebooting for the first time I realized that Exe Gnu/Linux had not created my user's folders in Konqueror (Downloads, Pictures, Video, Music, Documents).
And congratulations all team for the excellent work Exe Gnu/Linux.
If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
I entered Synaptic and search for the package: xdg-user-dirs and is already installed, I entered the terminal and typed: xdg-user-dirs-update
Restart the computer but unsuccessful to create the folders.
What do you need to do to create folders for my user?

I found the solution to create the user's folders.
Enter the terminal and type:
xdg-user-dirs-update
If it does not work, use the command to force the folders to be updated:
xdg-user-dirs-update --force
Greetings!
