Linux Java + svn commit issue

Damn,

1)
I had to change the mainboard of my desktop pc and need to install debian completely new. But than java always crashes.

2)
After a while of investigation, i decided to use a loacl VM with java.
lubuntu, xubuntu and my old 64bit XP had the same Java crash issue.
But, on a Kubuntu 12.04 the java runs well.
It seems to be perfect; running the new Eclipse Juno.
svn co .. on my project.

3)
.. but know i am not able to do a svn commit
and don't find anything that helps.

.subversion/auth/svn.simple
does not contain any password information.
where the hell is the password stored ...

Ok, wasting time because of login problems is not my hobby.
Now i switch to git.
This seems to work on my environment.
Also i get a faster and network independent version control system ...
